Theater de la Gaité ...

Monparnasse..  This vivid display dominates the square below.  This afternoon we visited Richard, an artist friend at the artists' cooperative just up the street, which he shares with five compatriots.  I've posted one of his works as an extra.  He is a talented artist who for many years led tours groups around the world and painted as much as he could.  The exhibition included works from China, the Middle East and other parts of Europe as well as Paris.
