The King of Herbs ...

... is, I read, how the French refer to Tarragon. It is said to have a subtle flavour of liquorice with touches of vanilla, mint, pepper and eucalyptus. This plant is growing in our herb garden. 

We are eating chicken with tarragon tonight.
