I managed to fit in my workout before lunch then we wandered down to hear all about the trip to Hamburg from Ben and Dave. There was so much to do and see and they had a great time .

We had our walk after jeez it’s still a cold northerly wind despite the sun. Hope Cameron keeps warm for his camp out which is up at Stonehaven.
