Sunflower

This sunflower, a volunteer from the seeds in the bird feeder, is looking a lot perkier than I feel today. My legs felt leaden as we climbed the hill on the Spike Walk, and I have now succumbed to a feeling of general lassitude and a headache. I don't have a fever but it occurred to me that, given the rise of a new even more contagious variant,  perhaps I should take a Covid test. Maybe tomorrow....
