Delivery

First really warm day of the year, over 80 degrees. The weather app said 88, in fact, though I'm not sure it reached that here. Fortunately the air is still clear and lovely. I managed to detach a broken spray nozzle that had fused with the garden hose - online advice featured some formidable equipment I didn't have, and I was about to give up when I read something about dunking it in boiling water. So I did. Pasta pot to the garden! It worked, and I did a happy dance.

Delivered these (non-garden flowers) to neighbor K, who's been diagnosed with cancer...bad news, though a very hopeful prognosis.

D. is doing well and seems just as wise as two days ago.
