Sprouting

The sunflowers we planted last week have started sprouting already. L is loving watching their progress so far this year.

Early this morning L was up early complaining of a tummy ache (no, before you ask, she hardly had any chocolate yesterday) and she clearly had a high temperature too. Poor little love. Dosed her up on calpol and watched Finding Nemo and Finding Dory... all before breakfast.

By late morning she was much better and her appetite returned. All very strange. Lateral flow test said it’s not Covid so that’s good.

We had a quieter than planned day at home as she is back to school tomorrrow.
