Bramble and I stopped to enjoy this view on our walk this morning. The day has been filled with gardening and not much else. I failed wordle but haven’t looked at quordle yet . I’ve done plenty of thinking and also sent a little nature video to my son and his wife who are expecting to welcome their baby tomorrow ( C section) The co grandparents, as a blipper friend would say , are staying with them for a while to give support . We have booked a few nights on a nearby campsite over the weekend so that we can pop in and out to offer support if they need it . We will be on the edge of the Peak District so there will be plenty of lovely walking opportunities. It’s hard to anticipate what they might need but we will be close enough to be on call if required . Now to do the food shopping , make tea and vacuum the house before our little bundle of energy arrives in the morning.
