Early walk

Day started with a walk and chat with K. I got home and took car load of stuff to the dump. Originally we had lunch planned with friends but she cancelled (Covid) which meant I could make girls monthly tea instead. I was not sure whether to go as I was enjoying doing some gardening but had a quick shower and headed off. Really pleased I did as we sat in the garden enjoying the sun, eating cake and putting the world to rights. Always a tonic to chat and laugh with good friends.

Home for half an hour in the garden before dinner, potting on geraniums and pricking out tomato plants. Another good day.
