Sunday: Sycamore Tree, a Rook and Blue Sky
A very slow and lazy start to the day - cloudy sky and very cold wind meant we weren't in a hurry to go out to do any gardening jobs.
I had a couple of hours of Family History.
Late morning weather improved, by lunchtime we had blue sky. I watered a few of the plants in pots, potted up some cuttings of purple Verbena bonariensis

and a weedy little cutting of Anthemis punctata (I call it Bardsey Daisy because that's where it came from!) - it had sent out roots whilst in a glass of water on kitchen windowsill, fingers crossed again!!
The Bramley Cooking apple has lots of blossom this year, must remember to take a photo ...
The Sycamore in the far corner of the garden has burst it’s buds and new leaves are showing well against the blue sky … along came a Rook to complete the scene!
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
