Hanging out the washing

Not such a momentous "first" but it is the first time in 2022 we've hung the washing outside to dry.
Until a few days ago the washing line was knee-deep in snow, but the melting is going very quickly now.
It was a real April day, very windy and cold, lots of cumulus clouds, and infrequent short sharp showers of snow.  The drying powers of the wind won out over the snowy showers and after a couple of hours the washing  was dry.
Some garden got raked, and some snow-clearing equipment went away. The honeysuckle that had threatened to take over the front door was chopped right back - I hope it survives...
