Thursday: Whitish Flowers of …
… Cow Parsley or Sweet Cicely (not sure which one), little strawberries (which may be the ones with white fruit!), Horse Chestnut flower (also called “candle”) and first of the Aquilegia which is purple!
It felt cold and damp all morning but there was washing to be dried and it did …!
The sun came out for a while, but there was a mistiness which kept the temperature low - barely double figures :-((
MrD pottered around sieving the plastic bits out of the paint he’d been using on the shed. Painting is halted for now as there are birds nesting in the nest box and in the roof of the big shed.
I did some weeding - in my wild garden it’s not something I do often BUT the buttercups have taken over and I’m preparing a patch so as to plant some of my rooted kale cuttings. Green bin is full and waiting to be emptied tomorrow …
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
