Some Welcome Rain

The Current Mrs Creel arrived home tonight with a Blipper in the car!!  Red carpets, Scullion making announcements, trumpets blaring, paparazzi, gossip columnists, rubber neckers, rubber knickers (sorry that’s a flashback to Blip No 329) and deep bowing. 
The tension mounts – before departing today  CMC asked me to get into the attic and, if I know what’s good for me, to take two suitcases down.  What’s afoot? 
Is it a former PM wearing a duffle coat, waving a walking stick, dog under oxter ?
