Well, it had to happen, l didn’t have the best of night’s sleep.
Woke up a few times, one seemed to be quite a long stretch but having no access to seeing the time l can’t be sure.
Going to bed an hour earlier was perhaps a step taken too soon.
Whatever - l wasn’t stressed out by not sleeping and did drift off again, waking naturally at 8.10am.

Went out for the wake up walk and again did a little longer because it’s such an interesting area around where Tim lives.
Saw this magnificent gate and took it along with a few other photographs Mentioned the theme of Winnie the Pooh for this week’s Mono Monday to Adele and she remembered the above question from the quiz we do on FaceTime every weekend. She also said Ben had won a huge Winnie on their recent holiday to Cromer.

Drove home in rain the fog, it really was gloomy.
