Time in Motion
Enjoyed chatting with M over breakfast this morning before heading out to catch my train back north.
I left in plenty of time so I could meander along the canal and Princes Street. I took a small detour to walk past my old house - looks like the garden is being transformed which was lovely to see. I was also delighted to the swan and cygnets out and about on the canal - I had spotted them in their nest yesterday.
I bumped into one of my nephews on Princes Street and stopped for a short chat - it has been a while since I'd seen P and it was good to hear his news.
I then stopped to have a peak at the Floral Clock and saw it was under construction. It was fascinating to see how it is done - painstaking work.
The train was a new one and one the new route to Pitlochry - via Stirling rather than Fife.
No Gaelic Class today which has given me time to catch up with other things including getting ready for my final drawing class tonight.
We also got a message from A today saying she'd tested positive for Covid - a reminder that it is still with us. She had taken part in a vacinne trail so have been asked to take part in further tests now that she has it. Hopefully it will a mild dose.
