Stretching her legs

We drove up to near Oban today. First stop was Poppies Garden Centre for a coffee and scone, and a lovely place to see this oystercatcher nesting on a rock in the water (extra), then standing up to stretch her legs (main) with her mate not far away in the background.
We then visited Dunstaffnage Castle (Historic Scotland), and on the way back, the wonderful Saint Conan’s Kirk. I took many photos of the church that I will unfortunately need to keep to myself but would thoroughly recommend a visit for anyone passing by.
