Golden Plover

After missing out on the Golden Plovers yesterday it was different today. Still only had the 200mm lens when I went over to Bressay on the ferry. This time the nest must have been close to the road as the bird got very close to the road as I walked by. 
In the extra there is a shot of the curlew in the field next to the house this time with the 600mm lens. I had gone out early to see if I could get a shot of a Long Eared Owl that was done by the burn. While I saw the Owl it was too quick for me to get a photograph.
