The humble cauliflower....

....has now been turned into a lovely creamy soup!!

Yesterday it was sunny, the sky was blue, we walked in Tshirts on the beach and we bought salad stuff. Lots of it, because it it good for you!!

Today it is grey, cold and rainy. We feel like soup, not salad.

Thank goodness for the cauliflower! :-)
