Calm

I’ve spent quite a bit of the day either buying plants, or potting them in containers.

I hadn’t taken a photo, so late afternoon I stepped into the garden to look for abstract possibilities. There were several, and there were a number of blip options to choose from. But this quick shot, taken through glass of J in the conservatory with a lot of reflective “interference” from the back garden is not only one I like, but also represents her and our routine over the last two weeks. Most importantly, she’s oK with me using it.

So here she has returned from the hospital, we’ve had a cup of tea and a chat, she has had a sleep, and is here now focussing on her tapestry. She finds it a peaceful thing to do at the end of the afternoon.
