HIDEY-HOLE

I spotted these two in a tree in the park. I was trying for a better angle and focus, but the tree is right outside the Gents toilet and it feels a bit awkward hanging about there with a camera so I didn't stay for long!

Elsewhere in the park, and in the extras, the coots were building their second nests of the season and one pair were making good use of a vandalised lifebelt, a wren was singing its head off and a duck was keeping her growing ducklings safe almost out of sight under the boardwalk.
