Plenty of Poppies

A visit this afternoon to the beautiful Branklyn Gardens. The gardens are set on the side of Kinnoull Hill overlooking the city of Perth.
The gardens are famous for their displays of Meconopsis Blue poppies ..... my favourites but sadly, I have no luck growing them.

Fortunately it was sunny but just a bit windy while we were there but on the journey home the rain was torrential.
