Hawthorn Blossom

Still back blipping and trying to get back on track. The Hawthorn hedges are covered in blossom at the moment.

Ne'er cast a clout 'till May be out. I wonder do they mean until the May blossom is flowering or until the end of the month of May? Either way it is still very cold.
