sunny but chilly, so the long walk was curtailed into short walks to post office, sainsbury and round the park, which is where i took this.

also green today:
* home-made pea and mint soup
* the limes i stocked up on to make a version of the prawn dish i had for dinner with L yesterday
* me towards people who can do proper pressups and don't fall over when attempting side planks :-(
* me towards people who get replies to text messages...
