Holy Island

Day two of my weekend away with Akasha took us to Seahouses and Holy Island/Lindesfarne.

Wish we'd had longer on Holy Island as there is so much to photograph there. We only had an hour (!!!) so we managed to get photos and, ofcourse, sample a glass of mead in the Rose and Crown. Would have preferred longer on Holy Island instead of spending so much time at Seahouses (not a lot there if you already live on the coast as I do).

It has been a lovely weekend away and we're now keeping our eye out for the next one!
