Look Into My Eyes.....

This big eyed oddity is a Rhea. They are South American and eat plants and vegetation. They're smaller than an Ostrich and more the size of an Emu. They are very pretty but do like to peck you!

Akasha and I went to Sewerby Hall today and took in the delights of the gardens, hall and zoo.

Google National Arts Pass. You can send for one free that lasts until the end of July 2013 and it allows you access to all sorts of sites for free, and exhibitions for half price. If you live in London you'll have a birthday, if you love in Scotland there's lots of places there that you can use it for too!! Worth getting one!

This is the last day of my time off and I am back to work tomorrow to a new start and a new area to look after. Exciting times!
