Hi-De-Hi (ish)

Busy day back at the rugby club, great opportunity to boost club finances by renting out motor home and caravan spaces around the perimeter of the ground and some camping pitches on the far side of the pitch.

Mrs S and I set off for the Greenbank Hotel for a lunch time meeting to discuss the October Trafalgar Night Dinner. The intention was to have a relaxing cocktail or two until we saw the price list so I settled for a beer, Mrs S for a coffee.
Discussions went well, we are making a couple of alterations but already looking forward to the night.

We caught the town bus home and as Mrs S returned home I headed for the rugby club for my stint welcoming campers. What’s not to like, working outside in the blazing sunshine meeting & greeting people who are looking forward to enjoying themselves over the weekend.
A couple of quiet beers with Clubhouse Manager Lou before heading home to walk Paddy and enjoy a quiet dinner for one.
