Cold & windy & summer fitness plan 2022

Brrrrrr............... hasn't it been cold today? I went to the dunes at Hayle for my walk this afternoon and it was so windy in places that I could hardly stand up. It must have also been too cold for the bunnies because I didn't see a single one. I think I'm going to ask Ann to take me to the dunes at dawn or dusk because I'm pretty sure that's when all the bunnies come out to play.


And in other news...................... We don't really have any other news. Today has been a bit boring and my human doesn't really feel like she's achieved anything. She swam another half mile this morning (after my walk) which means that in the last 7 days she's swum 3 miles and done a Pilates class. #summerfitnessplan2022 #aimingforabeachbabebod After moaning about paying £55 for a month, she's actually realised it's a good deal (a swim is £6 and a class is £10 so the last 7 days would have cost her £46) and booking via the app is really easy now that she's got the hang of it. Next week she's going to do more classes and has Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Zumba & Body Conditioning already booked. Will probably also do a Yoga and Functional Fitness Class and fit in a bit of swimming in between. The plan was..................... she had to do some form of fitness (apart from walking me) before allowing herself a glass of wine. Mmmmmm................. she thought most of the classes would be in the evening, but actually they're not. She likes to get all her exercise over and done with in the morning, take me on a big long walk in the afternoon and then socialise with her friends and lots of wine in the evening. What's not to like? Will she get fitter & thinner? Who knows if she's not cutting down on her wine consumption?


And that's it for today. I'm fast asleep in my bed now because racing around on the dunes after non existent bunnies has made me very, very sleepy. Oh and if anyone is interested................... not only has it been cold and windy today; it's now also raining. On a positive note our lying weather app is showing sunny days for the rest of our lives. Yay!
