Today's the day .................. to mess about on the river

A gloriously sunny, breezy day - perfect for a walk along the River Tarff and to blow my covid germs away without affecting (or should that be infecting?!) anyone else.

Lots of birdlife on the river - a gang of oystercatchers, several swans, a family of goosanders and a little lost song thrush chick to name but a few.

They were just getting on with the dabbling and feeding and general river life.  It was very peaceful - just what I needed ......................
