Safety

A joint service at church this morning bringing the 2 congregations together: the family service and the more traditional service.

Today it was led by the young people at church and was followed by a fund raising BBQ, in part to support Ukraine.

The weather remained dry and mild and all went well. I was in charge of the 72 meat sausages: and there were vegetarian sausages as well. All followed by fresh fruit salad. The safety water buckets were on standby just in case!

The rest of father's day involved acting as a taxi driver for my wife and enjoying what turned into a lovely sunny summer’s evening. Unfortunately our son’s flight back from Madrid has been delayed so arrival not now scheduled until 01:30 am!
