New kicks

I tend to ignore it when strava tells me to get new shoes, mostly because I don’t like technology telling me what to do. However, I think I should have listened to strava a while ago. Pretty sure I’m nearly down through to my socks there! It was a new shoe day which is annoyingly necessary (like buying parts for a car) but also a bit joyful. I went for a run after work but melted into a puddle with the humidity.

We’re camping this weekend so I guess there’s rain on the way.
