Nice walk this evening with the kids and the pups whilst Mike is off biking.

Had a good horsey day. Rode with Wendy and Jason this morning on Buddy. Then the kids had a lesson. Eva got nervous again and we had tears. It's such a shame her confidence has taken such a knocking again as she's made so much progress. 

Someone I thought was a good friend has shown their true colours this week and that alongside losing Caspar so unexpectedly has floored me. Need to get some good decent sleep. A day of self care is planned for tomorrow so a bit of time to relax and get my head straight.
