Water Lily

Our first day back home after  our  holiday in Devon. 
I was pleased to see the garden looking in good shape, thanks to our kind neighbours for watering the pot plants. However, this blip is actually a water lily flower in our pond, which I believe  is the "James Brydon" cultivar.
Spent the day washing, sorting out things,and cleaning - so was it worth going away -yes! 
My Mother phoned to say she has received the surprise photobook ( a record of 2021 when she had her 90th birthday ) which I had ordered for her before we went away.  It's  an early 91st birthday present for her.

Now I have some back blipping to do; it was such a hectic week I couldn't  face switching  on the laptop each evening.
