The sound of one arm dangling

Zen.

The Dizzle went to see TSM today. We’re both going tomorrow. It’s a long haul. She’s improving, but slowly. May be in the High Dependency Unit for the weekend. Being very brave about the pain and post-op sickness. 

RD and the Dizzle took me out to cheer me up this afternoon, which was really sweet of them.


I had to negotiate an absence from work today. I can’t cope with too much stress at once and sometimes something has to give. Work does not take your mind off things (well mine doesn’t anyway).

My one armed friend here is my only bedroom companion at the moment. Cats excepted.

Been a long week.
