Here We Go Again,

Another day on the beach, this time at Kastani where a lot of the beach scenes from Mama Mia were filmed. I think these three trees in the blip featured prominently.

The beach itself is very secluded with just one beach bar that was blasting out music all day: deafening if you went to the bar but hardly noticeable from our sun loungers! Who should we see paddle boarding by but the same two girls we sat next to at Panormos yesterday.

At those evenings meal, at the far end of the harbour we got chatting to a couple of English chaps who have been living in Greece or had holiday homes here for a number of years but are planning to come back to Devon to live. Skopelos is one of the places they’ve lived so they were making a farewell visit with their beautifully behaved dog.

We treated ourselves to a waffle (Tess) and walnut pie (me) at a cafe after our main meal at the taverna.
