Evening Surgery 2

Another lovely sky on my way home after parent evening number 2. Best parent evening ever. We changed the entire procedure and had the parent council involved. Such a great success. It was slick and calm. We now offer a creche so the kids also have a great evening and the parents can enjoy coffee and a chat and give their views.

Rewarding day. Great conversations and plans confirmed for moving forward...all in the right direction.

Quite tired - parentals momentarily were returned to the world of comms but are now off again! I changed from Talk Talk for negative reasons and now they need to migrate too! NO support other than lists of questions and processes that mum has no idea how to follow ( and less idea what they are asking her about!). We need the repair man...time businesses returned to "people before process"!! My sister was there for moral support but can't do the technical side.

I wonder how I will spend my weekend?
