Astorga - Rabanal

The first day of the Camino and what would become a familar site, a waymark illustrating our Way and guiding us on the start of our journey. With the days ahead seeing us passing through mountains this was a relatively gentle start, steadily climbing from Astorga up to Rabanal del Camino. The weather wasn't the best - starting off with sun but turning to rain and wind - a sign of what was ahead!
