Paddle boarding on the Thames
A busy day starting with watering the allotment at 8am as I had not been yesterday and my friend who I share with still has Covid. Picked lots of courgettes and more will be ready tomorrow .
I then cycled to Ham to see the grandchildren at their swimming lesson.
This was taken going over the bridge at Teddington Lock. I also saw lots of people blowing up inflatable paddle boards and inflatable canoes at the Car Park near Ham House. The river was very busy today with all sort of boats as well as some people swimming and many many dogs swimming, interested to not that big wire panels have been erected on both sides of the bridge going over the Lock as lots of teenagers have been congregating there recently and jumping into the river.
Spent the afternoon watching the tennis. A good match and a fair result. For tomorrow I will have to start following the Tour de France more thoroughly.
