First swallowtail

We climbed high today to try to get more pleasant temperatures. The high point was at 1,800 metres. The whole walk was 12 kilometres with 680 metres of ascent. The heat was much more bearable when we arrived at the refuge. We had  climbed up early through the woods next to a stream so that helped us not to overheat. The scenery was magnificent.
When I got back, I went on to the physio who is beginning to turn up the heat on the exercises.
