Back to the heathland

We visited the Lake Ainsworth heathland this afternoon, our first visit for a few months. There is only one access road and it was closed by floodwaters for some time. The photo is of a White-cheeked Honeyeater - we found lots of them feeding on flowering Banksia aemula (Wallum Banksia).
