I went out for a walk before the heat gets more intense. It is humid and 24c. Thanking God for the cooling breeze. I got our Sunday Times, as we will need plenty of reading to occupy us as we stay in our house to pass the next few days. I feel concerned as I usually do, for the vulnerable and the animals. I have a few saucers of water in our garden for any wandering stray cats. I don't usually drink much water, but will need to, during this spell of weather, or a headache will result.
