Celebrating 60 years.

It is 60 years since the Yorkshire Sommeliers we’re formed. We have been members for just 30 years.
Today we celebrated the Diamond Jubilee at the stunning Parade Ring Restaurant at York Racecourse.
What a superb venue.
The weather was perfect.Not too hot.
Started with a glass or two of bubbles, followed by a delicious buffet.
Excellent wines which included a White from Sicily, and a red Fleurie from France.
Must say a big thank you to all the staff who were exceptional. So friendly and efficient.
Such an enjoyable afternoon with our friends, and very thankful we had a taxi there and back.
