Shelfie

Cluster of bracket (or shelf) fungi that appear every year on one of our ash trees in the lane.
It's edible although probably a bit leathery by this stage. I did in fact pick a younger specimen and used fried strips of it, along with sliced cougette,  as the topping for a pizza (extra). Why waste free food?
