Eggs

Even though I scrape these eggs off of my gourd plant leaves,  I admire how pretty they look in the sunlight. A pretty bronze color and laid out in such order. These are from the fairly ugly squash bug and I spent a bit of time looking under all the leaves and getting rid of most of them I hope. And after I took the photo these too went away....
We were supposed to get maybe .35 of an inch of rain last night. There was a lot of heavy rain and I figured we would make that no problem and then some. Well we ended up with 1.6 inches and we were so happy! The cisterns are mostly full again and everything got a good drink.
