Smiley sunflower

Couldn't resist snapping this beauty in the garden, looking so cheerful and sparkle-dusted with pollen. 

I caught my breath a little today, restocked the fridge, then wandered down to check out the seaside festival with friend I. It was mainly food stalls and a few rides, some entertainment on the beach. We had an ice cream and listened to music for a while then left the area for somewhere quieter to have a bite to eat. 

I popped in a couple of extras; one taken from the lido and another of the ride that seemed to attract the most attention!
