Day off?

After such a busy few days I was planning a relaxing day pottering about. However, it was raining hard and the Aga was hot so…. I thought I would get ahead with a bit of baking for the cake stall we are having at Carnforth Artisan fair next Saturday.
Which isn’t exactly what I had in mind, but I enjoyed doing some leisurely baking instead of a mad rush for a change!
