St. Bernard Reaching for the Sky

… on the Italian side of the St. Bernard Pass where we had gone to celebrate Swisspiper’s new job! Celebratory picnic in extra. She is thrilled especially as she and M don’t even have to move!

This morning was the first rock climbing done for over a year, I really enjoyed it! Thanks to Lindsey and Sallie.

Feels like a weekend today as it is Swiss National Day. Hopefully no one will be stupid enough to set off the traditional fireworks which have been banned because of the extreme fire risk.
