Dartmoor Tor
I was surprised today how much green there was on Dartmoor. It was very different to the New Forest last week. The south-east of England has had the driest July ever recorded since records began in the 1830s. This is Great staple Tor on the Western edge of Dartmoor. All around there was plenty of grazing for the sheep and ponies.
