Farm Buildings of Skelberry
A fine calm day. A cloudy start, but cleared into a sunny day. A couple of heavy showers this evening.
Last early shift of the week in the airport. It's been a really busy day of passengers, including our London City. Our 1600 aircraft to Aberdeen had to turnaround and head back to ABZ, which caused a few minor issues in the late afternoon. A mad dash after tea, and headed for my shift in the shop. It's been another busy night of customers. Meeting friends for a quiet dram in the pub tonight.
After a busy day, it was just a quick snap Blip on my way home from work. There are various old farm buildings similar to this around Shetland, which are full of character. Most of Shetland's outbuilding are basic small croft byres, which only hold a couple of cows. This would make a great house conversion. Taken at Skelberry, with the Manse behind, Dunrossness.
