A Strathspey Railway steam train chugging South out of Broomhill Station towards Boat of Garten.Broomhill, which featured as Glenbogle in the Monarch of the Glen TV series, is the Northern terminus of the line. Because there is no engine turntable the engine has to be detached from the front carriage, move beyond the platform on a passing loop then be recoupled to the opposite end of the train and proceed backwards to Aviemore at the southern terminus.
