Loch Maree

Here we are at the very beautiful Loch Maree, not far from our holiday home in Badachro. It was an almost four hour journey from Perth to get there, we left at 4:40 as we had to wait on Ben arriving home from the Chamboree in Knutsford - the bus from there getting in at 4.

I met my very good friend Gemma, who is over from Dunbai staying with her in laws in Aberdeen. It missed out seeing her last august as we were on hols but this year we went to Tabu for our breakfast and even although we haven’t spoken ftf since August 2019 , we picked up from there. Her boy Hunter is almost 8 now and they are considering moving back in the next couple of years.

The drive up to Badachro was uneventful and no nutter drivers this journey. We passed by the spot of the bad accident last month as seeing where happened was only a minute from where we were stopped.

The house we are in is fabulous with the sitting area upstairs overlooking Loch Gairloch. It’s a modern house with four bedrooms so the boys each have a bathroom!

I don’t think our weather fornthe week will be as good as Perth!
