We lit the log burner when we got up just cos the logs, the fire lighters and the matches were there and it wasn’t sunny so the fire went on! Went Into the fridge in the utility room to find that Ben has put it in sideways on top of the steak pie and the pakora and it had all leaked out! Thanks Ben!! Despite there being an upright bit it would have went on———(

Had a walk down to the Badachro Inn. Just down the road from us on the shores of Loch Gairloch. Beautiful spot, just like our view from the house.

We had lunch the. Headed out to have a walk to Redpoint beaches. Quite stunning views over to Raasy, where SAS who dares wins is filmed.

We arrived back at the car to be met with three cows who weren’t for moving. We had to squeeze past them - luckily they didn’t want to run at us.

Home for a game of Ticket to Ride and some food. Stake pie and tatties.
